Owen has extensive experience in all aspects of hydrology, water supply, water management and water resource planning throughout Australia. Experience consists of the provision of expert advice and support for: hydrological model development (and the associated generation of climatic/hydrologic datasets for historically‐based and stochastic assessment); application of modelling tools and assessment methods to a wide range of projects; overall catchment water allocation; water supply and management assessment; and, innovative application of modelling techniques to assess specific management options and impacts for extensive and varied projects.
